FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can contact Mari Edmondson from AMG via email: m.edmondson@amgllc1.com or by phone: 815.744.6822. You can also reserve the clubhouse online through the AMG Web Portal. Rentals are on a fist come first serve basis. You will be required to submit a Facility Use Agreement Document. You must be a Grande Park resident to rent the facilities.
The fee is $250 per rental and a $250 refundable security deposit due to AMG Management within 10 days of making reservation through AMG’s community web portal. The fee covers the cost of onsite staff and normal cleaning. Note that any damages that require special cleaning or repairs will incur an additional service fee. Please keep the community facilities in good condition for you and the families of Grande Park to enjoy.
Alcohol is only permitted if you obtain additional insurance. Please see the Clubhouse Rental Rules for more information. You are responsible to correct unruly guests and to adhere to requests made by onsite staff.
